How to Pick Up Your Rental Car at Owen Roberts Airport

At checkout, choose Owen Roberts Airport as your pickup location and add airport delivery. Enter your airline and flight number so we can track your arrival.
When you land
Clear immigration and customs as normal. Our driver will be waiting curbside outside the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name and the keys ready. Total time from baggage claim to driving away: usually under 10 minutes.
What to have ready
Your driver's license, the credit card used for booking, and your confirmation email (digital or printed). We'll do a quick 5-minute walkaround of the car and you're on your way.
Returning at the airport
Drop off works the same in reverse — return to the arrivals curb, meet our driver, and hand over the keys. Allow 45-60 minutes before your flight departure for a relaxed return.
